Tommy and Mary responded quickly and wanted us to be well. The building is safe and the surroundings too, 3 minutes walk to the beach is great! We had to extend our stay because of a flight cancellation and they found us a room in the same building with more than affordable rates. Really 10/10

We spent 4 nights here and it couldn’t be better. The apartment is beautiful, well located and quiet. Only 2 blocks away from the beach. The room is big and the bed is super comfortable. We also had everything we needed to cook quick meals. Tommy and Mary were super friendly and reachable and even allowed us to check out after 11am since our flight had been delayed. We had the best time here! We highly recommend it and will come back for sure! 🙂 thanks for everything!!

Great little studio apartment near the beach. The best thing about this apartment is the location! A beautiful view of the canal outside, and only one block from a beautiful and relatively quiet part of Miami beach. We had several relaxing beach days and made use of the beach towels and beach chairs provided in the apartment.

Very comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower. The space is quite small and doesn’t have much room for clothes/suitcases, but we didn’t spend too much time in the aparment so didn’t mind the slightly cramped quarters. The kitchenette is also quite small and basic, so don’t expect to be doing a huge amount of cooking here, but it was fine for our breakfasts and a simple pasta dinner one night.

The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We were in town for a wedding a needed access to an iron and ironing board, which they supplied right away when asked. We also had access to the building’s laundry room, which was great. Great value for a beach stay!

Loved this spot. Came down to Miami Beach for a short vacation and loved the location of this spot. Very close to the beach.

I had wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! It’s just as described. Beautiful view and so close to the beach. I went for art Basel and I can walk to the conversion center and it takes only 25 mins. I only had a hit problem with shower but figured it out quickly. Tommy and Mary were very responsive and helpful. I will try to book the same apt in the future for my art week trips to Miami.
