I stayed for almost 3 weeks. Beautiful view, quick walk to the beach, Free trolley across the street to get around!
I am in Miami every winter and I absolutely loved this location. Miami Beach is my home away from home so I’m very familiar with different areas and this is my favorite area. Very Safe! It was very convenient to get everywhere I needed to be. I would definitely stay here again! Clean, simple kitchen, enough storage space.
The hosts were great, I would highly recommend!

Great location with many restaurants cafes and Walgreens/cvs in walking distance. Also super close to the beach and they provide towels coolers and beach chairs. Space is kind of small but for the location and price def worth it. Would book here again.

The place is nice with a great view on the mansions in the little bay. The beds were not too soft which was a great plus, as I can’t sleep well on the soft hotel beds.
The place is a bit smaller than what looks in the picture. They didn’t provide extra toilet paper and no dish soap but after I mentioned that to the host the next day TP and dish soap appeared. The laundry room is right across the hallway which was really convenient (have quarters ready as each load of washer and dryer requires 6 quarters each time) . The down side is the elevator was not working and hauling the luggage to the third floor wasn’t the best: your legs will become really strong in a few days from going up and down. Over all you can feel there was a fresh renovation done to the apartment, and I had a pleasant experience. The beach is 4-5 min walking distance and the beach exit has an outdoor shower.

Very pleased with the stay. The place was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, the location is excellent. And it was great to have an air fryer to prepare food easily. My particular thanks to the host for providing a beach umbrella as listed, which made a lot of difference for enjoying the beach. Definitely recommend it.

The apartment had a beautiful view and was located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to walk and bike to South Beach. The 38th block of the beach was clean and not crowded but it is a block away from a CitiBike station and was also next door to a delicious restaurant!
