I was in town for a wedding. Had a great time at this stay. My friends were able to hangout before and after the wedding with no problems. 2 min walk to the beach was great. Awesome brunch place located pretty much next door to this apartment. 10/10 recommend!

We rented this room from April 23 to May 1. The room is very cozy, and for two people it is ideal in my opinion. There were three of us. It was a little cramped, but for us it was an ideal option, since we did not know until the last week whether the third person would be vacationing with us. Many thanks to Tyler. He was very friendly and responsive. On the first day, something was wrong with the plumbing and we were placed in another room. But the next day, Tyler helped us check into our room. The beach umbrella was broken and after our message, Tyler bought us a new one that same day. There were sun loungers, beach towels and beach mats. The room was full of dishes and there were no problems with cooking. All kitchen appliances worked properly! Beautiful view from the window and a 4-minute walk to the beach. Thanks to Tommy & Mary, Tyler for a comfortable stay! We recommend it to our friends and everyone!

My mom and I had a wonderful time staying at Tommy & Mary’s for Mother’s Day weekend. I thought the place was clean and cozy perfect place to rest at night. We loved seeing the original vintage touches in the apartment. It had everything we needed especially for the beach, an umbrella beach chairs and towels. There was even a blanket and cooler. Since we were only here for a weekend, there is no way we could have brought all of these things with us. It was truly a wonderful stay. Miami gets super humid so when we got in we lowered the AC and put on the two air filters provided. It made the air quality perfect for a good night’s rest. Mid beach is more calm then south beach, where we have stayed before. It was a peaceful trip for us. I also enjoyed that there were codes for the doors instead of keys. Much easier! Also loved the bon bouquet cafe for breakfast just around the corner. The free shuttle and buses could take you anywhere in Miami Beach and to the airport as well! Only $2.25!
